We reserve the right to change or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Continued use of this website means absolute commitment to accept any modifications.

Use and Payment for the Service
Each end user has the right to use the Service through the following process: Completing all required fields in the online registration form. After submitting the application, the end user must pay the corresponding fees via one of the supported payment methods. After payment confirmation, the end user gains access to the service for the period specified in the description of each Service. If the Service is free, the End User will be added to our newsletter list upon registration, from which they can unsubscribe at any time either automatically when the newsletter is sent or by requesting via email.

General Terms
End users, depending on their access level on the website, can upload material to it. Each end user assumes full responsibility for uploading material relevant to the nature of the Service. Violating this term may result in termination of access to all or part of the services, and in some cases (e.g., pornographic material), criminal prosecution. If an end user does not use the Service within the period between the Login Date and the Expiry Date, without notification within 10 days of payment confirmation, the change or postponement of the aforementioned period may not be possible. This term does not apply if there is no Expiry Date (lifetime access).

Refund Policy
In accordance with Article 3iv of Law 2251/1994 and Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the procurement of digital content not provided on a tangible medium if performance has begun with the prior explicit consent of the consumer and confirmation from them that they forfeit their right of withdrawal. Therefore, this right cannot be fulfilled once any part of the provided service has been delivered, and any access to the course content has been made. Therefore, due to the nature of the Service, no refunds are made after payment via credit/debit card or PayPal since the system gives immediate access to the Service, and in this case, the Administrator cannot monitor the usage and protect intellectual property rights. Refunds are made within 14 days only for payments made via bank deposit or transfer, provided that access has not been previously granted by the Administrator, and also if the end user cancels 24 hours before a scheduled online lesson (one-to-one/class). The Administrator is not responsible for misunderstandings, negligence, or other incorrect handling by the user.

Intellectual Property Rights
End users, including creators, speakers, writers, and all those collaborating with the Administrator, acknowledge and agree that the Administrator owns the intellectual property rights for all the material on this website, without exception. This includes, but is not limited to, courses, lectures, notes, titles, and articles. Any intellectual property claim by the end user must be accompanied by prior written and signed agreement with the Administrator. Additionally: The end user must use the material on this website only for personal use. The end user has no right to copy, trade, or distribute the material on this website (in whole or in part). Any violation of the above terms may result in termination of the end user’s access to the Service and potential legal or other claims against the violating end user.

Administrator Disclaimer
The Administrator pays special attention to the accuracy and completeness of the information provided on this website. However, errors, omissions, or misunderstandings by end users may occur. Creting.gr disclaims any responsibility for damages or losses that may result directly or indirectly for the end users. Without limiting the generality of the above terms of use, the Administrator has no responsibility for the information provided by the Service, even if the Service is the result of personal communication with an end user. The disclaimer applies not only to the Administrator but also to any end user. The Administrator has the right to change the fee amount at any time, ensuring that interested parties are informed via any suitable communication method. No fee changes can occur for a specific end user between the Login Date and Expiry Date.

Force Majeure
The Administrator is not responsible for losses in access or material for reasons beyond its control. In cases of force majeure, the Administrator may be required to suspend the Service. Such reasons include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, fires, explosions, floods, terrorism, war, capital controls, etc., and generally any situation not under the Administrator’s control. If a force majeure event lasts for more than 60 days, the Administrator has the full right to permanently terminate the service, with no compensation claims from any third party.

Termination
In addition to the Administrator’s rights mentioned in the previous paragraph, the Administrator has the exclusive right to terminate the Service with or without notification at any time, if: Website upgrades or maintenance are necessary. An end user has violated these terms of use. In this case, the Administrator has the right to terminate the specific end user’s access, with additional rights or legal claims against them.

Unauthorized Use
Lectures, notes, e-books, audiovisual material, and all other material subject to the Administrator’s intellectual property may not be sold, borrowed, copied, or used in any way contrary to the logic of personal training for the individual who registered for the Service.
